Brandywine Coach Works today announced its 4th anniversary as a Gold Class business. Gold Class achievement is the recognized industry standard for training that contributes to complete and safe repairs. Only 10 percent of collision repair businesses currently meet the rigorous training requirements necessary to earn the Gold Class designation.
Gold Class shops are required to have every technician involved in collision repair take training that is specific to their roles. They must continue with ongoing training each year for the business to maintain its Gold Class status, including classes in new technology.
Todayās vehicles are increasingly sophisticated devices featuring an ever-growing number of components, parts and advanced lightweight materials. The constant introduction of new vehicle technologies can result in repair procedures changing significantly from year to year, making current repair knowledge critical for the achievement of complete, safe and quality repairs.
āBrandywine Coach Works is honored to celebrate our 4th anniversary as a Gold Class collision repair facility,ā said David Schiltz, President of Brandywine Coach Works. āWe are proud of our ongoing commitment to training because it is also a symbol of our commitment to professionalism and to the safety of our customers.ā

Every year Brandywine Coach Works partners up with The Family Center of West Chester to find a family whose life would significantly improve by the gift of a ānewā car each holiday season.
Brandywine Coach Works employees volunteer their time to refurbish a vehicle that has been āwritten offā by either the owner or the insurance company.Ā Often these vehicles are just in need of some mechanical or body work in order to get them road-ready and perfectly safe to drive.Ā Our employees also come together with donations to fill the vehicle with gifts such as gift cards for future mechanical needs and gas.Ā This is just one of the ways Brandywine Coach Works gives back each year to the community!
