Brandywine Coach Works Named “2015 AutocheX Premier Achiever” for Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction
Brandywine Coach Works has been recognized as a winner of the 2015 AutocheXTM Premier Achiever for outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Now in its 14th year, the annual Premier Achiever Awards honor auto body shops that consistently achieve extremely high customer satisfaction scores as measured by AutocheX either independently or as part of an insurance-sponsored repair program. In 2015, participating insurance programs included several of the top 25 carriers in North America.
“For the 14th year in a row, we are delighted to sponsor the Premier Achiever Awards and to recognize the tremendous accomplishments of Brandywine Coach Works and all the 2015 winners,” said Paul Rosenstein, Vice President of Mitchell Repair Solutions. “The high satisfaction scores of these elite collision repair facilities in North America clearly demonstrate their ongoing commitment to their customers, and set the bar very high for customer experience management in our industry.”
The class of 2015 Premier Achievers includes top-performing collision repair facilities of all sizes, from small, family-run businesses to large consolidators across the U.S. In an industry of nearly 50,000 shops in North America, Brandywine Coach Works is one of only 181 Premier Achiever Award winners in 2015 — placing the shop in highly exclusive company.
AutocheX, Mitchell International’s customer experience management group, is a leading provider of customer satisfaction measurement and customer experience management solutions to the collision repair industry. AutocheX and the participating insurance companies present the Premier Achiever Awards each year as a way of honoring collision repair facilities that have proven their devotion to quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

The Collision Repair Industry’s Highest Training Recognition
Brandywine Coach Works today announced its 4th anniversary as a Gold Class business. Gold Class achievement is the recognized industry standard for training that contributes to complete and safe repairs. Only 10 percent of collision repair businesses currently meet the rigorous training requirements necessary to earn the Gold Class designation.
Gold Class shops are required to have every technician involved in collision repair take training that is specific to their roles. They must continue with ongoing training each year for the business to maintain its Gold Class status, including classes in new technology.
Today’s vehicles are increasingly sophisticated devices featuring an ever-growing number of components, parts and advanced lightweight materials. The constant introduction of new vehicle technologies can result in repair procedures changing significantly from year to year, making current repair knowledge critical for the achievement of complete, safe and quality repairs.
“Brandywine Coach Works is honored to celebrate our 4th anniversary as a Gold Class collision repair facility,” said David Schiltz, President of Brandywine Coach Works. “We are proud of our ongoing commitment to training because it is also a symbol of our commitment to professionalism and to the safety of our customers.”

Every year Brandywine Coach Works partners up with The Family Center of West Chester to find a family whose life would significantly improve by the gift of a “new” car each holiday season.
Brandywine Coach Works employees volunteer their time to refurbish a vehicle that has been “written off” by either the owner or the insurance company. Often these vehicles are just in need of some mechanical or body work in order to get them road-ready and perfectly safe to drive. Our employees also come together with donations to fill the vehicle with gifts such as gift cards for future mechanical needs and gas. This is just one of the ways Brandywine Coach Works gives back each year to the community!
