At Brandywine Coach Works, the safety of our Employees and our Customers has always been our #1 priority. With Coronavirus Virus (COVID-19) concerns increasingly growing throughout the world, we want to assure you that we are proactively implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety and that we have reopened for business.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing everything we can to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.
Here are the actions we are taking:
· CURBSIDE SERVICE
Brandywine Coach Works is offering Curbside Service during this time. You just drive up to the designated parking spots, please remain in your vehicle and call us! One of our associates will assist you and walk you through the pick up or drop off process. This allows you to drop off your vehicle without even entering the facility.
· CLEANING & DISINFECTING OF VEHICLES
We have enhanced the techniques used to clean your vehicle before and after the repair. Our employees are paying special attention to interior and exterior customer touch points such as seats, steering wheels, door handles, and other hard surfaces.
· CUSTOMER BELONGINGS
We kindly ask customers to remove any personal belongs before dropping their vehicle off for repairs.
· FACILITY & EMPLOYEE SAFETY
We are cleaning our facilities frequently with sanitizing products. We are taking precautions to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers, as well as, instructing all employees to be vigilant about frequent and proper hand washing.
· CUSTOMERS WITH SYMPTOMS
If you feel sick, please visit our Collision Center at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
· ONLINE REPAIR EXPERIENCE
We have gone digital with as much of the repair process as possible. You can submit damage photos and request a consultation through our online estimate request form. We are also handling Repair Authorization Forms online to minimize and even eliminate the need for face to face interactions.
