It is very unfortunate when a car takes damages but Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford makes the situation a lot better. I unfortunately had to come here twice for two separate incidents. One was a simple dent, the other was a break in with several windows damaged and scratches on the car. I had the pleasure of working with Adam the first time and Bob the second time. I had very similar experiences each time. I was told not to worry about dealing with insurance, they did all the hard work of contacting them and getting all necessary approvals. They also used all original parts and put the car back like it was when I first bought it. They were extremely nice, welcoming, and calming throughout the process. They knew I was not happy about the damage on my car but they calmed me and made me understand things happen and they will take care of me. Overall, the customer service was absolutely incredible. Both times I picked up my car, I was extremely surprised to see the car so clean. It was spotless and shining! The car looked carefully hand washed and had a nice thank you note with mints in one of the cup holders. As much as getting damages on a car is unfortunate and saddening, Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford makes the situation a lot easier to process.

From the day I dropped the car off to the time I picked up, I received exceptional service. The quality of the repair (body and glass work related to an accident) was as if the car was brand new and I highly highly recommend!
