Brandywine Coach Works has a reputation for being a boutique style car body shop, and I really don’t see anything wrong with that. In this instance, my 2014 Ford Edge was brought here by the dealer under the Ford Certified Collision Repair program due to a paint defect from the factory. BCW tolerated my questions without hesitation and delivered the car to me sooner than expected and detailed as well. Even the chrome clad wheels were cleaned for me, which I loved because I have had a hard time keeping them clean.
I’ve taken my vehicles here on numerous occasions over the past few years and have been in awe of the excellence in customer service. They treat everyone very professionally and their staff is top notch. They have given me fair prices and have even worked with me to replace factory parts with aftermarket parts of my choosing. Timing has always been spot on as well. I cannot recommend then enough. If you need your car repaired after an accident this is the place to go.
Bob was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. He took care of my initial problem with some paint being on the side of the car, the day I stopped by to discuss the repairs, and ordered the other part to repair the left reflector.

The attention and recognition provided by Bob and the desk staff. A surprise factor was the car having been detailed for delivery (inside and out). Brandywine Coach Works had the car looking better than when I received it by the dealership. The building/facility is incredibly organized and clean. Front-line customer service employees are polite, gracious and very friendly in person and on the phone. Eric kept me informed and was there to answer all of my questions throughout the whole process. I went into the whole car repair event thinking it would be an inconvenient, time-consuming ordeal. I’ve used this facility 2 times. One was setup through my insurance company. I then requested them a second time on a different car repair. The work was done on time, they even called ME with updates of status!). They are a clean shop, and I noticed they just moved a few hundred yards up the street to a brand new building. Car was at a different shop twice for the problem- took it to Brandywine. Dropped my car off Wednesday afternoon by Thursday morning, I already had an email update on what was wrong with my car (original shop put a part on wrong). Had my car back by Friday afternoon. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. They really listened to me when I was telling them what I believed was wrong. They also explained everything to me extremely well.
